Product Brief // Raptor 25

Raptor 25 Mid-Range VTOL UAV

Engineered as the performance balance point of the Raptor family, Raptor 25 combines a 50 km video-and-data link, 5 kg payload capacity, up to 35 minutes of full-load endurance, and a maximum speed of 150 km/h in a runway-free 2.5 m VTOL platform.

50 km Reach 5 kg Payload 150 km/h Response

BALANCED MID-RANGE VTOL PLATFORM REACH, PAYLOAD & SPEED IN ONE

Raptor 25 is the balanced mid-range platform in the Raptor family, combining runway-free vertical deployment with efficient fixed-wing cruise. Its 2.5 m electric composite-wing airframe takes off and lands vertically from confined or unprepared sites, cruises efficiently at 75–90 km/h, and reaches up to 150 km/h when rapid repositioning is required.

A 50 km video-and-data link, 5 kg payload capacity, up to 35 minutes of full-load endurance, and up to 120 minutes of no-load endurance give Raptor 25 a practical balance of reach, carrying capability, and time on task. Three optional stabilized electro-optical pods—visible-light, visible-light plus infrared, and visible-light plus infrared plus laser rangefinder—combine with onboard AI acceleration, operation from takeoff altitudes up to 4,000 m, Beaufort Force 6 wind resistance, and portable transport for adaptable day/night multi-mission deployment.

THE MID-RANGE BALANCE POINT REACH FARTHER. RESPOND FASTER.

50 km Mid-Range Mission Reach

Maintain real-time video, data, and command connectivity over distances up to 50 km, extending operational reach beyond compact tactical platforms.

5 kg Payload in a 2.5 m Airframe

A 2.5 m composite-wing airframe carries up to 5 kg, providing useful integration capacity for larger sensors and configurable mission equipment.

Up to 120-Min Endurance

Extended flight time supports broader coverage, longer observation windows, and more sustained mission operations.

150 km/h Rapid Repositioning

Reach speeds of up to 150 km/h for faster transit between mission areas, rapid response, and efficient repositioning.

FROM MID-RANGE DEPLOYMENT TO ADAPTABLE MULTI-MISSION OPERATIONS

Balanced Mobility, Payload-Endurance Matching, Multi-Sensor Awareness, & Environmental Resilience

01

Runway-Free Mid-Range Deployment

Launch and recover vertically from confined or unprepared sites, then transition to efficient fixed-wing cruise for broader-area operations without runway dependence.

02

Payload-Endurance Matching

Carry up to 5 kg and remain airborne for up to 35 minutes at full load. Up to 120 minutes of no-load endurance allows the platform to be configured around the required balance of sensor weight, mission radius, and time on task.

03

High-Speed Fixed-Wing Response

Cruise at 75–90 km/h and accelerate up to 150 km/h for rapid transit, time-critical response, and efficient repositioning between mission areas.

04

Stabilized Multi-Sensor & AI Awareness

Select visible-light, visible-light + infrared, or visible-light + infrared + laser rangefinder pods. Three-axis stabilization and an onboard AI acceleration unit support day/night observation, target tracking, and range measurement.

05

High-Altitude & Wind-Resilient Operation

Deploy from takeoff altitudes up to 4,000 m and operate in Beaufort Force 6 winds, supporting reliable use across elevated, exposed, and weather-variable terrain.
